Here is the process of ordering a corset from us:

1. Unless you know exactly what you want already, you might want to read through all the segments in the “Basics” section.
2. Take your measurements and photos. Here’s how.
3. Submit your measurements and photos, so Kitty can have a look at them and give you intelligent answers and/or quotes. If you have any special requests or questions, this is the time to mention them.
4. We’ll get back to you via email with answers and/or a quote within 1-2 business days, or possibly more questions if we need more information. If you don’t hear from us in that timeframe, please assume that there was some kind of tech glitch and re-submit your measurements/photos, because we always reply promptly.
5. When you’re ready, let us know (we’ll be talking to you by email by this point) and we’ll send you an invoice. If you’re on a timeline, please remember to tell us, so we can put your order on priority (and possibly recommend expedited shipping methods). You also need to fill out the mailing address form so we know where to send your order.
6. We’ll then send you a PayPal invoice.
7. When you pay it, we’ll receive a notification.
8. We make the corset as soon as we’re able, and mail it to you with a tracking number.
9. Wait for Canada Post to do its thing. During this time, if Kitty thinks it necessary in your case, you may receive special fitting, care, or wearing instructions.
10. Try on your new corset! Here are some tips for fitting your corset to your body for the first time. If Kitty sent you special instructions by email earlier, it may be worth your while to review them as well.
